FAQ
Answers for business owners
Straight answers about services, pricing, timelines, reputation, and your client portal — the same ones we give on the phone.
Getting started
What we do, who we serve, and how to begin.
What does Elevaro do?
Elevaro builds and manages the online presence of local businesses: websites, local SEO, Google Business Profiles, review and reputation management, social media, content, and e-commerce. Everything is delivered by specialists and tracked in one client portal.
What industries does Elevaro work with?
Restaurants, home and local services, healthcare and clinics, beauty and wellness, retail, professional services, and hospitality. The playbook adapts to each industry — reviews and maps matter everywhere, but what converts a dental patient differs from what fills a restaurant.
How is Elevaro different from hiring a freelancer or agency?
You get a full specialist team — web, SEO, reputation, content — for less than one hire, with public pricing, a 12-month agreement instead of open-ended retainers, and a portal where every deliverable, report, and invoice is visible. No black box.
Do I need a sales call before I can start?
No. Pricing is public and checkout is self-serve. Pick a package or individual services, pay securely with Stripe, and your client portal opens immediately. If you want help choosing a plan, contact us — we respond within one business day.
What happens after I sign up?
You get portal access right away. We collect the access and assets we need (domain, Google Business Profile, logos, brand guidelines), launch your website and profiles in about 2–3 weeks, then move into ongoing SEO, reputation, and content work with monthly reporting.
Pricing & contracts
How billing works and what you’re agreeing to.
How much does online presence management cost?
Plans are priced per location per month. You can pick individual services à la carte or bundle them in a Growth, Scale, or Enterprise package for a lower combined rate. Current pricing is public on our pricing page — no 'contact us for a quote' games.
Do I need a contract?
Standard agreements run 12 months, which is the honest window for SEO and reputation work to compound. Cancellation terms are stated plainly in your agreement at checkout — no surprise clauses.
Can I change or add services later?
Yes. You can add à-la-carte services or upgrade packages as you grow. Multi-location businesses can roll out location by location. Changes are handled through your portal and reflected on the next billing cycle.
Are there setup fees?
Some services include a one-time setup fee per location (for example, website builds or profile overhauls). Setup fees are shown clearly on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay — nothing is added after the fact.
Do you offer discounts for multiple locations?
Packages are already priced for efficiency at scale. Multi-location rollouts are supported in the portal, and Enterprise plans are designed for operators with several sites. Contact us if you need a coordinated rollout across a larger footprint.
Results & timeline
What to expect and how we measure progress.
How quickly will I see results?
Websites and profiles launch in 2–3 weeks. Review velocity typically improves within the first month. Local SEO shows measurable ranking movement in 60–90 days and compounds from there. Your monthly report tracks all of it against baseline.
How do you report results?
Every month you get a portal report covering rankings, review activity, deliverables completed, and what we’re prioritizing next. You’ll see the work — not a vanity PDF of screenshots.
What do I need to provide for best results?
Access to your domain, Google Business Profile, and any existing website or social accounts; logos and brand guidelines if you have them; and timely replies when we need approvals. The faster we get access, the faster we launch.
Will you replace my current website or agency?
We can rebuild or take over management depending on what you choose at checkout. If you already have a site that works, we can focus on SEO, reputation, and growth services instead. Tell us what you want to keep — we’ll plan around it.
Reputation & reviews
Ratings, responses, and what we will (and won’t) do.
Can you fix a damaged online reputation?
In most cases, yes. We respond professionally to existing negative reviews, dispute those that violate platform policies, and run generation campaigns that rebuild your rating with genuine positive reviews. What we won't do is fake reviews or promise guaranteed removals — no legitimate provider can.
Do you leave fake reviews?
Never. We only generate real reviews from real customers through ethical request campaigns. Fake reviews violate platform policies and put your business at risk — we grow ratings the legitimate way.
Can you remove negative Google reviews?
We can dispute reviews that clearly violate Google’s policies (spam, conflicts of interest, off-topic attacks). We cannot guarantee removal of legitimate negative feedback. For those, we focus on professional responses and growing your volume of genuine positive reviews.
What is reputation protection?
Ongoing monitoring, response workflows, review generation, and escalation for urgent issues — so a sudden wave of negative reviews doesn’t catch you off guard. See our reputation protection page for the full playbook.
Portal & support
Day-to-day access, billing, and how to reach us.
What is the client portal?
Your portal is where you see deliverables, reports, invoices, contracts, and service status for every location. It’s the single source of truth for what’s being done and what it costs — no chasing emails for updates.
Who do I contact if I have a question?
Use the contact form, email, or phone listed on our contact page. We respond within one business day; urgent reputation issues are prioritized same-day. Active clients can also message through the portal workflow.
Can I get a free audit before buying?
Yes. Request a free online presence audit and we’ll review your visibility, reviews, and gaps, then send a clear report within two business days — no obligation and no spam.
Do you help with restaurant funding?
Yes. Restaurant owners can apply for funding guidance through our restaurant funding page. It’s separate from marketing services — you can use either or both.
Still have a question?
Send us a message and we'll respond within one business day — or start with public pricing if you're ready to go.
